Winter Wonderland 2019 on sale dates confirmed

Kielder Forest will once again turn into a magical Winter Wonderland full of activities and surprises for the whole family throughout November and December 2019. Lodge breaks and tickets will be going on sale in the next two weeks, so do not miss out!

Discover Father Christmas, Mrs Christmas and their festive friends in the enchanted Wonderland. Help the elves in their workshop, visit and feed the reindeer and receive a festive gift.

LODGE BOOKINGS

Our Kielder Winter Wonderland lodge breaks will be sold with our partners Hoseasons, which means you can secure your lodge with a deposit now and pay the rest of the amount across the year.

If you would like to extend your Kielder Winter Wonderland experience and book a lodge you can do this from 10am on Tuesday 14 May.

Lodges must be booked over the phone by calling 0800 111 4149, lines are open from 10am until 5pm, Monday to Friday. Lodges can now be booked using a deposit system and you can pay the rest of the amount across the year. Your day tickets will be allocated for you at the same time, but are not included in the lodge price shown online.

DAY TICKET BOOKINGS

Day tickets will go on sale on Tuesday 21 May from 10am and you can book either on the website or by calling 0800 111 4149.

Online, click on the ‘Book Now’ button where you can use your log in from previous years or register your details as a new user. Our phone lines will be open Monday to Friday from 10am until 5pm.

Before booking we ask that you please have the names of the children attending, the ages they will be when they attend and a secret for Father Christmas to read out. If you would like to wait to offer a secret, you can contact us at any time before the 1 October 2019 with this information. If we do not receive this information before this date an admin fee will be applied to your booking.
