Our team of employees want you to experience the best of Landal Kielder Waterside. With their unrivalled knowledge of the area and friendly faces they are here to help and guide you with anything you may need.
Carol is our retail queen. She runs both the Kielder Waterside shop and the homeware and gift shop at Tower Knowe. Carol knows everything there is to know about what we have in our shops and is always happy to help you find what you need.
Gareth looks after our food and beverage offer so will often be spotted either in The Forest Bar & Kitchen, The Hide or at our Tower Knowe – Wafflemeister. He makes a great coffee and has loads of recommendations for the yummiest items on the menu to try.
Jonty is truly part of the history of Kielder. As a little boy he pushed the button to flood the reservoir when it was launched and has featured on ITV with Robson Green as part of his Tales from Northumberland series. When he isn’t being a TV star, Jonty looks after our facilities and maintenance team so if in the unlikely event of a maintenance issue occurring he is the man that will fix it. He is also knows everything there is to know about Kielder and its history and will happily answer any questions you have.
Our pocket rocket Tracey has been with Kielder Waterside for many years and growing up locally, there isn’t anything she doesn’t know. Tracey runs our office and reception so isn’t always visible but is always there if you need her.
