This session is an introduction to fencing but with a foam sword. Kids will learn the en-guarde stance as well as thrust and lunge movements before getting to practice them in a thrilling tournament.

Fencing is a fantastic sport to introduce kids to whilst they are still small. It is one of only four sports to have been in every single one of the modern Olympics and the sword is the fastest moving object in sport. It is good for movement and reactions.
