Northumbrian Water and Kielder Waterside

Kielder Waterside is owned and operated by Northumbrian Water, the water company operating in the north east of England providing water and sewerage services to over 2.7 million customers.

Kielder Waterside is located on the site of the largest man-made lake in northern Europe, Kielder Reservoir, which was built by Northumbrian Water in 1982 as a sustainable water source.

Northumbrian Water is also part of the Kielder Water & Forest Park Development Trust and is committed to sustaining the economy in Kielder, while restoring and regenerating our natural environment, creating a better place through its actions.
